On the other hand, a Class B CDL is designed for larger single vehicles, like buses and box trucks, that have a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 26,001 lbs or more. You can also tow trailers under 10,000 lbs with this license.

Lastly, a Class C CDL is specifically for vehicles designed to transport hazardous materials or 16 or more passengers.
