Good service, quick same day driving test for my second cousin. Only costed more than MVD as they have to pay the MVD fee, and charge a convenience fee for being able to do the test same day. Overall well handled interactions with fast service

Ivan was amazing today. I had a complicated title transfer issue and he was so patient and helpful in explaining the issue. He took extra steps to be sure that the title transfer was handled correctly, in order to prevent potential stresses down the line for me. Every time I have come into this location, the experience has been excellent. The employees have been helpful, patient and more than competent. I will never step foot into the actual DMV again unless I am absolutely required to!

I've been going to this place out of convenience since it is literally across the street of where I work at. And every time I have been there any one behind those windows is very rude !!! And today was no exception. Wanting to charge $25.99 to re-do a form that I already had taken since they needed to re-do it for whatever excuse they were making. Generally I like to deal with Alma, who has always and I mean always been a professional and helpful. Everyone else including the manager is very rude.

I received absolutely FANTASTIC service, I was in and out in less than 18 minutes.
With the pending deadline approaching I needed to get my travel DL/ID, I don't know the lady's name that assisted me, all I have is her initials "SC", she was very efficient, very professional, I walked in at 8:01am and was on my way out at 8:17:43am.
I received my Travel DL/ID in the mail today, 04/25/2025, one week, 7 days, the agent told me about 1.5 - 2 weeks, way to under promise and OVER deliver.
Sure, it cost me a little extra for the convenience, but it was well worth it, I have never used a third party MVD service before, but this experience will have me considering this service for future MVD services.
Kudos to the whole staff, keep up the excellent work.

Road test timings are 8 am to 5 pm. Charges for only road test with 365 attempts is $95 and you can give 1 attempt per day. Govt MVD charges $35 with 3 attempts

This place is barely 5min away from where I live. Best customer service and the fastest service I've ever had when doing transfer of license and registration. Great recommendation from my apartment complex manager! I especially love the fact that they gave me a list of all the emission testing facilities in the area, nice work going the extra mile!

Bought a vehicle, went 8am Monday to get a temp. Got a 30day temp.
Went to emissions - passed, then back to CG&D which was now quite busy. The person at 8am recognized me asked to see my number. I sat back down and my number was called really quickly and I was helped my a different crew member. They are ALL very helpful and pleasant. Nothing at all like the "main" DMV whom seem always to be annoyed by you. How refreshing this place is!!!

Citlalli was the one who did the road test for my 16yr old. She was wonderful! Love this location for 3rd party mvd. It's quick and cost a little more than regular MVD but so worth it. We have been here for everything from title transfer, learners permit, and now drivers license.

Very smooth and good process. Long wait but there were a lot of people. I made a small mistake with my signature and they didn’t force me to start over or get back in line. They addressed the issue while they were assisting me. I wish I knew the young lady who helped me but I would hire her based on her commitment to help the customer (a.k.a. Me). Nice job!

Miss Veronica was very helpful and understanding. My tags went to my old address so I had to come in person for address change which almost lead to an additional charge. She spoke to her supervisor, fees were waived and tags are on the way to current address. Most people in her position would not have bothered to get additional fees waived but she saw that my story made sense a made extra effort. Blessings Veronica

I lost my driver license, and it was so easy to get another one, they didn't ask for another ID to proof it was me, that really scares me. That means any Latino girl, that kind of looks like me can use my personal info to get an ID, get in troubles, then you have to go to court, get an attorney, pay some $$$ and proof that it wasn't you. 😡
